Massage Therapy
Amber Ham, LMP has been practicing Massage Therapy full-time for 24 years. Her foundational training was with the National Holistic Institute in Northern California's Bay Area. She uses a systematic approach of finding and facilitating in resolving soft tissue and structural imbalances - using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish/Relaxation, Cupping, Gua sha/Graston, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Hydrotherapy as well as a variety of Myofascial Release techniques. Each session is custom tailored to the clients goals. Massage therapy is available by appointment, Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s.

Functional Nutritional Therapy

A Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is certified to evaluate nutritional needs and make bio individualized recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes, helping clients balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. FNTPs are not trained to diagnose or treat pathological conditions, illnesses, injuries, or diseases.
Herbal Apothecary
Songbird Wellness carries over 200 varieties of bulk herbs, herbal extracts and handmade products. We also stock supplies for your at home herbal preparations. Small talks and Demonstrations are also held at our shop in Chester, Vermont.
The shop is open to the public Wednesday‘s - Sunday’s 10am - 4pm.
